Overview
The art of the trial is an essential CPD for anyone who does litigation in any capacity. The CPD sets out the chronology of your typical trial. Walks you through the process of how to run an effective trial. Most importantly, it goes over your key “DOs” and “DON’Ts” of trial. This course runs through the beginning to end of different kinds of trials (Civil, criminal, quasi-criminal). Highlights pitfalls of various aspects where a trial may turn in or away from your favour.
